We are proud to run a selection of exercise classes which are getting tremendous results in terms of pain reduction, increased activity tolerance and enhanced quality of life for the group members. We are currently running four different groups. Group training is a safe, affordable way to exercise under the supervision of an expert. The maximum number of students per group is 5 to ensure that you get plenty of individual attention. We require you to book an individual session with one of our physios prior to joining the group so that we can assess your individual needs.
Men’s Group

Our Men’s Group is designed specifically for men who want to:

Under the guidance of our experienced physiotherapy team, you’ll complete targeted exercises that:
- Support and strengthen your spine
- Build core stability
- Enhance flexibility and control
- Help prevent future pain or injury
Class Schedule:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays (Evening): 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
- Thursdays (Lunchtime): 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Saturdays (Morning): 8:45 – 9:45 a.m

Women’s Group
our ladies group participants consistently report feeling stronger and fitter, making daily tasks feel easier. And we support each other and have fun! Anyone is welcome, whether you’re in your 20’s or 60’s, an elite athlete or wanting to go from couch to your first 5km, exercises can always be made either easier or harder dependent on the person.
Between the 2 sessions each week we target every area of the body as well as some balance work. Yes, it’s hard work but by the end of the session you won’t regret coming along!

- Mondays & Wednesdays (Evening) : 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
